Terms of Service

1. The service

Cybercity Intelligence provides a workspace to learn about, build, train, test, deploy and monitor AI agents. Features may evolve over time, and some features may be offered in beta.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Your content and agents

You retain ownership of the instructions, documents and knowledge you upload and the agents you configure. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Build agents intended to deceive, defraud, harass or harm people.
• Generate or distribute malware, spam or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls or access other users' data.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human work where disclosure is required.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans, credits and payments

Some features require a paid plan or AI usage credits. Credits are consumed when your agents use AI models. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the next billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI output

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing your agents' behavior and output before relying on it or deploying it to others, and for complying with laws that apply to your use of AI.

7. Intellectual property

The Cybercity Intelligence platform, brand and underlying software are our property. These terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from AI-generated output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.
