Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains what information Cybercity Intelligence collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address and password when you create an account.
  • Workspace content — the agents you build, the instructions, documents and knowledge you upload to train them, and your test conversations.
  • Usage data — how you use the platform, including AI credit consumption, deployment activity and feature usage.
  • Technical data — device, browser, IP address and log information used to keep the service secure and reliable.
  • Payment data — if you purchase a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate and improve the platform.
  • To run your agents, including sending your prompts and uploaded knowledge to AI models in order to generate responses.
  • To track your AI usage and credits.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates and support requests.
  • To keep the platform safe, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Your content and AI models

The instructions, documents and knowledge you upload are used to power your agents. We do not sell your content. We do not use your private workspace content to train general AI models. Content is processed by the AI providers that power the platform solely to generate responses for your agents.

3a. Product usage data

To learn what people need their AI coworkers to do, we record behavioural usage data about how the platform is used. This is deliberately limited to categories and counts, such as: the kind of role a coworker was created for, the kind of task it was given, which connected apps were used, whether a task succeeded or failed, roughly how long it took, how detailed the instructions were, which permissions were set, and the kind and rough size of knowledge added.

We do not copy the content of your messages, documents, emails, spreadsheets, repositories or any other material from your connected accounts into this usage data. It is visible only to authorised MyCowork staff, and is used to decide what to improve and build next.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers — hosting, AI model providers, analytics and payment processors that help us run the platform, under contractual safeguards.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete agents and uploaded content at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data isolation to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your workspace is a core priority.

7. Your rights and choices

  • Access, correct or export your personal information.
  • Delete your account and workspace content.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's privacy

Cybercity Intelligence is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the platform.
